It is impossible to tell whether or not the hand is misaligned as we have no way to tell if this picture was taken square on. The tolerance for the hand setting is 1 minute either side. It would be better if you set the time to 6 o'clock and that would give you a better indication.
My engraved Rolex Rehauts all align pretty much perfectly to 12 with the little crown engraving. the X in Rolex will hit each marker from 1 - 5. The R in Rolex will hit each marker from 7 - 11. Each of my serial numbers falls between minute marks starting between 26/27 and ending between 33/34 hashes.
The 24 hour hand on the Rolex did not align with the hour indicator when the minute hand was at 1200. There was a good 2-1/2 minutes delay before the 24 hour hand was exactly in line with the hour marker. The watch has been back to the AD three times and to the factory for adjustment.
